Aggie Chydzinski and Cristy O’Connor, the founders of Athena Advisory Collective, have owned and led multiple businesses. Their combined expertise spans financial strategy, sales enablement, operations, and team development. Cristy’s CEPA certification ensures that Athena offers expert guidance in exit planning and business transition strategies. With additional experience in partnership alignment, mediation, and conflict resolution, Aggie and Cristy bring the tools necessary to support complex business relationships.
